Tuesday

Before workout

5:45-6:00 AM- Protein shake, 1-2 Boiled Egg(s) (6g)

After workout/Breakfast

3 Eggs   https://delivery.wholefoodsmarket.com/store/whole-foods/search_v3/eggs

Snack

  • 1 Apple
  • Coconut peanut butter

Lunch

  • 4 slices tofurkey
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 2 slices tomatoes 
  • Veganaise, pink Himalayan salt, seasoning
  • 36 ounces infused water

Snack

  • Grapes (Handful)
  • Almonds (small handful)

Dinner

  • Brussels sprouts (1 cup)
  •  Purple potatoes  (1 cup)
  • Portobello mushrooms (1 cup)

Roast all veggies together with oil of your choice, I used coconut oil today, salt and pepper to taste, crumble bay leaf.
